About Our Founder

Tamara Budz is an award-winning marketing executive who specializes in brand strategy, ecommerce, and digital marketing for growing businesses. She has over 20 years of experience working in consumer goods and services at companies of every size. Tamara has worked with small start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Tamara founded two ecommerce start-ups, including the arts and crafts company, Twined. Before she founded Silver Shade Group, Tamara worked in Merchandising and eCommerce at Sears and Lowe's. Today, she continues to work with companies in the home improvement and consumer products industries. Tamara holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BA from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL.
